Jennifer Geetter is a partner in McDermott Will & Emery’s Healthcare practice and focuses her practice primarily on the development, delivery and implementation of digital health solutions, data and research and works closely with both adopters and developers to bring their innovative healthcare solutions to patients and providers.
Stephen Bernstein is the co-chair of McDermott Will & Emery’s Digital Health practice and specializes in e-health, “big data”, data engineering, deployment of digital health tools and solutions and health-related matters affected by the internet and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as private equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations and joint ventures involving technology, digital health companies, hospitals and physicians.
Lisa Mazur is co-chair of McDermott Will & Emery’s Digital Health practice and advises a variety of healthcare providers and technology companies involved in digital health as well as hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, commercial payers, consultants and vendors on a wide range of business, legal and regulatory issues.
As we look out over the horizon to 2023, we would anticipate a rebound of investment in the digital health space but with a simultaneous and a continuing level of focused regulatory diligence as this complex landscape continues to evolve.
